From the outside, it looks like you’ve got it all together.
Nervous System Support for Burnout, Capacity Collapse, and Chronic Overwhelm
A coaching space for adults who are exhausted from holding it all together — and ready to slow down without falling apart.
What Rooted & Regulated Is
Rooted & Regulated is a nervous-system–informed coaching program designed for people who are burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode — but not looking for traditional psychotherapy.
This work supports:
Regulation before productivity
Capacity before performance
Sustainability before “getting back to normal”
It is not about pushing through.
It is not about optimizing yourself.
It is about learning how to exist in your life without constant nervous system strain.
HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY
Rooted & Regulated is coaching, not psychotherapy.
That means:
No diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions
No processing of acute trauma
No clinical documentation or insurance billing
Instead, this program focuses on:
Nervous system education
Regulation skills and pacing
Burnout recovery and capacity rebuilding
Practical integration into daily life
This is support for people who are:
Burned out but still functioning
Not ready or not needing therapy
Already in therapy and wanting additional nervous system support
Who This is For
Rooted & Regulated may be a good fit if you:
Feel chronically exhausted, even after rest
Are functioning on the outside and depleted on the inside
Experience burnout, shutdown, or emotional numbness
Struggle with pacing, boundaries, or over-responsibility
Are neurodivergent or highly sensitive
Know something needs to change — but don’t want to blow up your life to do it
This space is especially supportive for:
Helpers, caregivers, and professionals
Parents and partners carrying invisible labor
Adults navigating identity shifts, burnout, or life recalibration
You do not need to be in crisis.
You do not need a diagnosis.
You just need a nervous system asking for relief.
The Rooted & Regulated Approach
This work is grounded in:
Nervous system science
Trauma-aware principles
Attachment and relational safety
Gentle structure and realistic pacing
We focus on:
Recognizing stress patterns before collapse
Building regulation into real life (not just sessions)
Learning when to rest, when to act, and when to pause
Releasing shame around burnout and capacity limits
There is no “push through” culture here.
There is no productivity pressure.
There is space to breathe.
