Brittany Foust ~ Body N Soul Psychotherapy
Equine-assisted sessions in Boulder County; virtual therapy anywhere in Colorado; coaching anywhere in the U.S.
A Bit about me:
I love ponies, romantasy, and mental health.
I have a pack of poodles, who are therapy dogs.
I run an equestrian facility and a regenerative farm.
I compete my horses in the sport of three day eventing.
Plant mom AND goat mom.
I have ADHD.
I'm the oldest of three girls.
I adore my two nieces.
When not running the farm or seeing clients, my partner and I are out playing on the river, skiing, or in the deserts of Utah; if I can’t do that I’m out running.
I’m Brittany Foust, LPC, and I’ve built my life around two things I love: helping people navigate life’s challenges and the magic of horses and the natural world.
At Body N Soul, I’ve combined traditional therapy with equine-facilitated experiences, animal-assisted therapy, and coaching to create a space where healing, growth, and connection happen naturally.
While Body N Soul is rooted in Nature- based and embodied work, the heart of my practice is nervous-system informed therapy for adults
Horses, land, and movement are tools- not requirements.
I offer a holistic approach rooted in connection, authenticity, and building relationships—with yourself, others, and the world around you.
My clients say they feel seen and supported but also challenged—because I’ll call you out when you need it, but always in a way that’s compassionate and lighthearted.
Therapy with me feels like talking to a trusted friend who isn’t afraid to push you toward real change.
